  • Small groups meet for 4 weekly sessions
  • Learn simple, basic Mindfulness Meditation skills
  • Learn to apply mindfulness-based skills to daily challenges including:  excessive worry, managing work/life balance, dealing with difficult relationships, and getting "unstuck" from unhealthy habits
  • Experiential exercises, practical information, relaxed and supportive environment
  • Presented by June Atkind, LICSW, trained and experienced in Mindfulness Meditation and Mindfulness-based Psychotherapy
